Frequently Asked Questions Q. How long does it take to create a Picture
Magic show?
A. It takes about a month from the beginning consultation, the
gathering of information, creating a prototype and final approval prior
to the event.
Q. How long does a presentation usually last?
Typically a 60 picture presentation runs in 6 minutes and a 150
picture presentation
would run in 15 minutes. Run times can be affected by the addition
of text and special effects. Q. Does the CD work on a Macintosh?
A. Yes. The CD can be viewed on either a Macintosh or a PC platform.
Q. Can we create our own show and have you show it?
A. Yes, for a $250 fee.
Q. How do we get started?
A. Call or E-mail for an appointment to see a variety of samples
of presentations. Then pick out your pictures and set up an appointment
to review the pictures
and select the music.
Q. Is a deposit necessary? If so, how much?
A. Yes, a $50 deposit secures your event date with Picture Magic.

Can we pay with a credit card?
A. Sorry, only checks or cash is accepted.
Q. What formats are
available?
A. We currently offer VHS, CD, and DVD.
Q. I need to add
someone to the photo that wasn't present, can you help
me?
A. We can do all kinds of photo and text manipulations
to add, subtract and clarify images.
Q. Can we purchase extra
copies?
If so, how much?
A. Yes. Additional CDs or VHS tapes are $10 apiece and
DVDs are $25 for the first DVD and $15 for each additional
copy.

Q. In what form can the pictures be in?
A. Prints, slides, negatives, digital images in a JPEG format.
Also wedding invitations, newspaper clippings, and other
printed materials
can be
used as visual material
